  • Velmi vstřícný a milý personál, ochotný uzpůsobit podmínky klientovi, např. dřívější čas snídaně, než je stanoveno, bezproblémové vystavení dokladu pro zaměstnavatele. Snídaně pestrá a esteticky kvalitně připravená.

  • Na pokoji č. 12 nefungovala jediná zásuvka!

  • Dobrý den ,byla jsem velmi spokojená od první chvíle po vstupu do hotelu.Velmi vstřícný a milý personál, posezení nad výbornou kávou na zahrádce ,také večeře v restauraci.Úžasná čistota,pořádek.Budu služby tohoto hotelu rozhodně doporučovat a pokud budu mít při další návštěvě Prahy potřebu noclehu,rozhodně se obrátím znovu.
